Manor Park Primary School was awarded ‘Outstanding’ status by OFSTED in May 2015.
The Quality of teaching, Leadership and management and the Achievement of pupils were graded as ‘Outstanding’.
Manor Park Primary Academy voluntarily joined the LEO Academy Trust in February 2018.
An already ‘Outstanding’ curriculum based on Cornerstones curriculum has been developed and enriched through the provision of LEO opportunities for music, the arts, sports and technology to create a curriculum for a 21st Century child.
Performance at KS2 was excellent in 2022: 79% of children reached the expected standard in reading, writing and maths combined, with 22% at greater depth. Progress scores were equally impressive with reading at 2.4, writing at 2.5 and maths at 3.9.
The development of sporting teams at Manor Park in 2019, through the opportunity of a Sporting Coach provided by the LEO Academy Trust, has only had a positive impact on our children. This is not only evident in their sporting development but also in their dedicated and positive approach to learning.
Performance at KS2 was exceptional in 2023: 84% of children reached the expected standard in reading, writing and maths combined, with 26% at greater depth. Progress scores were equally impressive with reading at 3.5, writing at 2.9 and maths at 5.1. All well above the national average.
Manor Park Primary Academy has achieved many awards over the past 3 years - Investors In People - Gold , NACE award, AFPE, LGFL Digital Excellence award for Online Safety and Challenge Partners area of excellence for emotional support.
